Resume

After completing her PhD on a protein targeted by antidepressants at the Université Pierre et Marie Curie, Véronique Fabre joined the Scripps Research Institute in California to study the mechanisms that regulate wakefulness and sleep. As an INSERM research fellow since 2001, her work aims to identify the neuronal populations and mechanisms underlying the joint regulation of mood and sleep through the study of animal models. She is a member of the Editorial Board of the journal European Neuropsychopharmacology, and of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Sommeil Research Group (ITMO Neurosciences).
