Résumé : Through the development of modern imaging techniques such as 2-photon confocal microscopy or or SPIM, the acquisition at the tissue level with cell or sub-cellular resolution is becoming more common in modern biology. However automated tools to analyse the 3D cellular composition and organisation of tissues are not mainstream. We will present, along with biological applications, our tools to analyse spatial organisation in 3D images. After a brief overview of our tool to analyse 3D genomic organisation, we will focus on tissue analysis, using the islet of Langerhans as our biological model. We will then present some on-going work to analyse cell shapes and tissue organisation in constrained physical environment.
