Resume

Since September 2018, I am a lecturer (Maitre de conférences) at Sorbonne University, in laboratory of Computational and Quantitative Biology (LCQB) and Laboratory Jacques-Louis Lions (LJLL).

For one year (2017-2018), I worked as a post-doctoral fellow with Fabien Crauste and Oliver Gandrillon in Inria team Dracula at Inria Centre de recherche Grenoble-Rhône-Alpes and the Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 in Lyon at the Institut Camille Jordan.

Previously, I did my PhD in Reo team at Inria centre de recherche de Paris, on mathematical modeling of liver hemodynamics and functions during liver surgery (partial hepatectomy), under the supervision of Jean-Frédédric Gerbeau and Irene Vignon-Clementel. In my thesis, I studied the hemodynamics during liver surgery as well as the transport of a compound in blood. I also worked on the processing of a compound by the liver. My project was led in collaboration with surgeons (Eric Vibert), and the models were built and validated using experimental measurements. I developed and implemented (C, C++, Python) different models. My defense took place the 24th February 2017 and the manuscript can be downloaded from here.
